I teach a beautiful dynamic style of yoga called Vinyasa where the poses flow from one to the next on the flow of the breath.
There is a special emphasis on cultivating moment to moment presence through the exploration of breath awareness and mindfulness techniques. I teach intuitively, drawing on 20 years of teaching and practice and my passion is to create a healing space where you can come back home to yourself, regulate your nervous system and calm your body and mind.
My teaching is accessible to students of all levels and abilities including beginners. With consistent and committed practice your body will become strong, open and flexible, and your mind and heart calm and peaceful.
