Style of Yoga

I teach an alignment-based Vinyasa style of yoga where the poses flow from one to the next on the flow of the breath.

There is a special emphasis on opening the heart and mind to the present moment through the exploration of breath awareness and mindfulness techniques and practices.

My classes offer a dynamic workout for the body and encourage a calm and relaxed state of mind. 

My teaching is accessible to students of all levels and abilities including beginners.
