We can discuss pose modifications that suit YOUR body, devise a bespoke home practice or address any specific needs you may have such as yoga for relaxation, pain yoga for insomnia, yoga for managing stress and anxiety.
I have a wealth of experience that I can bring to you as a Senior Yoga Teacher of 16 years and have studied physiology and anatomy at degree level plus yoga therapy.
I am also passionate about yogic physiology which are the chakras, the subtle body and the interconnection between our emotional and mental states and the physical body.
